The management of the Society is vested in the Central Committee. The President of the Society is also the chairperson of the Central Committee. He is responsible for the following portfolios:

• Media liaison and publications
• Conservation of trees in Mpumalanga
The Society acts as a mouthpiece on behalf of members (and trees) in communications with authorities regarding the promotion of tree issues and the conservation of tree species.
